1. Data Collection

We only collect email and password (stored as a secure hash) for authentication. Documents submitted for analysis are processed in memory and never stored on our servers.

2. Use of Data

Your data is used exclusively for:

Authentication and account management
Credit and subscription management
Usage history (without document content)

3. Local Storage

Analyzed documents are stored only locally on your device, protected with AES-256 encryption via SQLCipher.

4. Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties. Document content is sent to the Anthropic API (Claude) exclusively for analysis, with no retention by Anthropic.

5. Payments

On iOS, payments are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. On Android, by Google via Google Play Billing. We do not store payment method data.

6. Data Protection

Under Brazilian Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018), you have the right to: access, correction, deletion, and portability of your data.

7. Account Deletion

You can request complete deletion of your account and data at any time through the app.
